Our mission is to ensure people are not charged more than they can afford to pay for care. Councils have a duty to ensure care charges are reasonable, yet many continue to charge too much. Council's must follow complex regulations, and we know those regulations inside out! Our goal is to support people to challenge the councils charges and protect them from getting in to social care debt.
Our team have over 40 years experience working with the regulations and laws that govern council charging policies. We work closely with families, carers and council's to ensure fairness, often freeing vulnerable people from the burden of unaffordable social care charges which can to social care debt. Paying for care should be affordable, and we strive to make this happen.
We aim to help those in need of care and support to maintain financial independence, and achieve health and wellbeing goals.
